This project included a complete refurbishment of an existing dental clinic in the city. Being located on the corner of Swanston and Bourke Street meant access to the site was extremely difficult which meant logistics for deleiveries etc. had to be well coordinated. The scope of works included 3 treatment rooms, an Xray room, Sterilisation room, reception and staff kitchen area. The project had a tight program and Budget which Murwil were able to meet.
